As mom was going through her activities for the kids she had found on Toronto4kids a really cool adventure to do. It was down in mid city, at Bathurst and Bloor at Palmerston Library. A theatre group was acting out a couple of Robert Munch stories for minimal cost.
So I decided to take the girls, mom came too with some of her bunch and it was quite and interesting time. We got to see The Mud Puddle, 50 degrees Below Zero, Millicent and the Wind, Mortimer and of course my favourite The Paper Bag Princess.
I would highly recommend this for kids in grades 1-3, kindergarten might get a little scared of the mud puddle (but he was awesome) and over 3 they develop this attitude of "I'm too old for this". Jason had a couple good laughs too though.
Sorry the picture is blurry, had to take it on the fly, but check it out...it is great to introduce your kids to theatre and what else could be more fun than adults acting like kids.
